How long will the stickers last? Are they waterproof?
Our stickers are guaranteed to last 1-year, but they are rated to have a 3-year outdoor lifespan. They are waterproof and will not fade or scratch within this time.

Note that our 1-year guarantee only applies to stickers used for the first time under normal operating conditions (not in a blizzard, rain storm or sauna - you get the idea).

Will the stickers leave residue on my keyboard or cause damage?
Absolutely not! In fact, they will protect your keys and keep your keyboard clean. The adhesive used is semi-permanent and designed to be removed without leaving residue or causing any damage to your keyboard keys.

What are the stickers made of?
We use high-quality, UV coated & water resistant vinyl. Our stickers will never rip, tear, or wrinkle.

Where are your stickers manufactured? Are the materials safe?
All products are made and distributed in the USA using non-toxic materials. They are BPA free and completely safe to use.

Can I re-use the stickers on another keyboard once placed?
In short, yes, but we cannot guarantee the durability of our stickers once placed a second time. The adhesive may not be as effective and our 1-year guarantee only applies to stickers used for the first time.

If you want to re-use our stickers a second time, please be careful when removing them. We suggest using a thin, firm edge to pry them from the keys so you don't bend or warp the edges. Also, please be careful not to damage your keyboard in the process.

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase and shipped from the U.K. We ship Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m., Friday, will be shipped the following Monday. We do not currently deliver on weekends or holidays.

How soon will my order arrive?
Order typically arrive between 2 and 10 business days depending upon location. We ship from the U.K. and base all delivery times from this shipping center.

How can I track my shipment?
All orders are shipped with tracking, and any tracking information will be provided via email at time of shipment. You can check the provided link any time for an update.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! We are proud to ship to customers in all countries from around the globe. We have currently sold and shipped our products to over 80 countries. Our shipping center is located in the U.K. for faster international delivery!

What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase. With a receipt, we offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for items returned. Credit will be issued on charge sales. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Price adjustments will not be honored. Shipping charges are not refundable.

How do I buy for Mac or PC keyboards? Windows or Apple?
Each sticker sheet includes both Mac and PC stickers, and will work for both Windows and Apple operating systems. Stickers specific to either platform will be labeled on the sticker sheet. You do not need to specify operation systems upon purchase.

Does my keyboard work with these stickers?
All of our stickers are sized to fit any computer keyboard, desktop or laptop. You should not have any issues with placing our stickers on your keyboard.

We do offer a 30-day return policy so you can buy with confidence. If you have any issues with fitting our stickers, you can always contact us to report the issue so that we can address the problem immediately.

What languages do you support?
All of our sticker sets are compatible with US/UK QWERTY computer keyboards. Some sets are compatible with other keyboard languages, such as German QWERTZ and French AZERTY. Each sticker set will specify compatibility and language offered on the respective product page.

Will these stickers work with the latest version of my software?
Yes! Unless specified, our sticker sets are compatible with ALL versions of each software application. We are always watching for new versions of each program, and update our sticker sets whenever necessary.

Will the stickers fit over my touch-typing bars ("bump keys")?
Most keyboards have some form of a raised bar or dot on the "F", "J" and the Number Pad "5" keys. We make the stickers for these keys different than the others so that they will fit better (with a notch). We also include "F", "J" and the Number Pad "5" stickers without a notch on each sticker set sheet.

The "notch" versions of these keys can be found near the bottom left of your sticker sheet.

We are always looking to expand our products offered and will be releasing new stickers once available. If you do not see a particular sticker set for your software, please contact us to request this product. We would love to hear from you!

Do you offer customized sticker sets?
Yes, we do! If you are interested in custom shortcut stickers for your company, school or office please contact us immediately. Minimum order quantity of 200 per set, plus a design fee if applicable (we can work on the details together).

Shipping Costs

All orders ship via Royal Mail or Hermes from the U.K. and include tracking. The total cost of shipping will depend upon the order quantity and shipping destination but most orders are a flat rate. Any tracking information will be provided via email at time of shipment.

Order Status and Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. The email will include all information related to your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us and we will try to respond to your request right away.

Orders typically ship within two business days from the U.K. Please allow 2-10 business days for in-stock items to arrive. International delivery times vary depending upon location.

 

Order Processing Days & Times

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m., Friday, will be shipped the following Monday.

We do not currently deliver on weekends or holidays. Orders can be submitted via our website on these days, but will not be processed until the following business day.

RETURNS

Return Policy

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. We will accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@shortcutstickers.com and send your item to:

Gift Card Returns

Our gift cards do not expire and can only be returned by the original purchasing party within 30 days. Past the first 30 days from purchase we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange. We will only issue a refund if the full balance of the gift card is still available.

If you received a gift card from a friend or colleague, sorry but we can't issue a refund to you. But hopefully you will find something you like from our store! If not, you can always re-gift it (we won't tell, promise).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
